To know wisdom and instruction, to understand words of insight, to receive instruction in wise dealing, in righteousness, justice, and equity; to give prudence to the simple, knowledge and discretion to the youth- Let the wise hear and increase in learning, and the one who understands obtain guidance, to understand a proverb and a saying, the words of the wise and their riddles. Proverbs 1:2-6

my family

I really love my family and these kids God has so graciously put in my care. They are so incredibly sweet, sometimes I wonder how they are not mine. I guess in a sense they kind of are since I get them if anything ever happens to their parents.

Have you ever felt guilty for things other people have done? Sometimes I do, I wonder if there was anything I could have done different to stop it or change it or whatever. Oh well, I guess.

Hi Rose,

I found your blog through a friend's link. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on your blog. I'm truly enjoying reading through your blog. :)

Mmm, yeah, I think I may have felt guilty for something others have done. But you know, I'm so thankful that God does not waste our pain nor our tears. Sometimes I'm reminded of Joseph when he said to his brothers who sold him into slavery, "You meant it for evil, but God meant it for good." And He causes all things to work together for good to those who are His people (Rom. 8:28). It's so comforting to know that God is always in control and even "bad" things somehow play a role in the bigger picture of God's divine plan, isn't it?

Have a blessed week. :)

In His grace,

Jessica
